During our first meeting, I helped Linda establish clear and achievable goals for her marketing needs, she needed a video, photography, and a website. Once goals were established I began researching the equestrian industry, so I could tailor her content to fit well in her niche.
First I tackled the video. I made a shot list, scheduled a shoot date, and packed some gumboots. Shooting large animals can be tricky, however Linda had complete control over the horses and made the shoot a breeze. Before we knew it we were off to the sound booth to record her voiceover.
With the video edit underway, I met with Linda and assessed her website needs. With a clear understanding of her technical knowledge and expectations for her website I began development, after first assisting her in registering a domain name.
The final stage was a photoshoot with the goal being to create images that reflected her relationship with horses. The professional photos I took were the cherry on top, completing her website. To better utilize the rest of the photos, I set her up on instagram and taught her how to grow her followers.
